The Birch Island Spa & Skin Care Center is the first of its kind in Central Labrador, located in Happy Valley-Goose Bay.

​With more than 9 years working in the medical aesthetics field across Canada & Germany alongside dermatologist AND podiatrists, Nicole is happy to serve clients throughout Central Labrador. The name of the spa is dedicated to Nicole’s grandmother, Margaret Goudie Parsons, who told her many stories about living on Birch Island, and said the river “was just the right therapy for me; like at a spa.”
